I’m Jeff Suiter, owner of Cobalt Custom Home Builders, and I want to welcome you with my first post on our new website. In 1987 I began building custom homes in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas, including Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms. Sullivans Island, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook. I have recently expanded my construction boundaries and business south to Beaufort, SC, where I hope to make my new home.

I build quality custom homes for quality-minded clients who want a well-built house, whether large or small. My goal is to create for you the house of your dreams while ensuring that it is both well-built and financially an excellent investment.
